Neha Bajaj holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University and is a NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Neha has experience with individual and group therapy and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

 

Neha has a passion for working with parents and helping them navigate the journey of parenthood through client-centered and empowerment approaches. In particular, Neha has an interest in working with mothers as they balance the demands of modern parenting with individual needs. Neha has extensive experience in working with neurodivergent individuals and families ofneurodivergent children. Additionally, Neha has worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, personality disorders and bipolar disorder.

 

Neha also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and previously worked in Education and Non-Profit agencies. In addition to her clinical work, Neha is the author of Noah’s Intense Day, a children’s book focused on the sensory challenges of Autism. Neha regularly visits schools to present on neurodivergence and promote empathy and inclusion.
