Our therapists are expert at providing individual, couples, and group therapy to support you through all of the complex parts of family building- from infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mood changes, traumatic births and all things parenting- we are here to hold space for you and support you, every step of the way.  We know that no one should have to do this alone.  That's why we are equally passionate about making sure that mental health professionals have access to high quality training.  We support healing by equipping healers, and when we strengthen providers we strengthen communities.

Our mission is to help individuals and families feel good and reconnect with the things that are truly important.  We see you as a whole person with a story that deserves a safe space to do the work needed for healing and growth.  We provide therapy in our Bethpage or Rockville Centre Long Island locations or virtually throughout NY state.
