Our approach to therapy is caring and compassionate, focusing on each person’s unique experiences to support growth, healing, and genuine connection. We provide individual, group and couples therapy in Rockville Centre and Bethpage on Long Island and virtually throughout New York state.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do your trainings count toward renewing my license?
Yes! We are a proud approved provider of continuing education in NYS for psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists and creative arts therapists. We are also approved by ASWB for social workers in ASWB covered states. For those indicated, we are EMDRIA approved, PSI approved and CASAC approved. Many other states and licensing bodies will accept these approvals. Please check with your licensing board about the requirements in your state.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is easy. You can schedule an introductory call at 516-442-1116. Let us know how we can help and we will call you as soon as possible- usually the same/next business day.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we do work with many insurance plans. Our intake coordinators will check your specific insurance plan and let you know how that would cover care at HHP. When using your insurance isn't an option, we are proud to offer a fee structure that aims to make care accessible, while still allowing us to provide high quality care.
