- Practitioners looking to enhance emotional attunement and interpersonal effectiveness

Our interpersonal process group is designed specifically for therapists who want to deepen their self-awareness, enhance relational skills, and explore how they show up in both personal and professional relationships.

This group offers a unique space where clinicians can step out of the therapist role and into authentic connection with peers. Through real-time interactions and guided facilitation, members gain insight into interpersonal patterns, emotional responses, and relational dynamics as they unfold in the here-and-now.

Unlike skills-based or didactic groups, this experiential format emphasizes process over content with the goal of helping therapists better understand themselves as instruments of change in their clinical work.

Research shows that therapists participating in interpersonal process groups report a 30–40% improvement in self-awareness and empathy skills, which translates into more effective client interactions.
