I spent over a decade in NYC’s corporate world, helping leaders build high-performing teams.
While valuable, the constraints of that environment led me to seek a more authentic path,
eventually founding a wellness practice focused on community and holistic healing.
Drawing from my personal and professional journey, I transitioned into the mental health field
and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Molloy University. I
currently hold a limited permit (MHC-LP) to practice in New York State and am a Nationally
Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors.
I work with adult individuals, couples and polycules navigating a wide range of issues, including
complex trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
As a client, you can expect a collaborative process tailored to your wellness goals. Our work will
gently explore your lived experiences, intersecting identities, and the cultural context that
shapes your life.
My approach is trauma-focused, with an emphasis on safety, trust, and collaboration. I aim to
create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported so we can do meaningful work
together.
Depending on your needs, we may draw from a range of evidence-based and holistic
modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-
Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness
rooted in Buddhist/Eastern philosophy, somatic therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.
