Facilitated by Megan Nelson, LMSW, the group integrates peer support with practical therapeutic tools to help members cope more effectively. The group emphasizes deep validation, shared experience, and building quiet resilience in the face of chronic stress.


This is a weekly, ongoing group that meets on Tuesdays at 7:00PM. Whether you are newly facing a diagnosis or have been on this journey for some time, this group offers steady, heartfelt support, practical coping tools, and a welcoming community of understanding.
