Chana says, "It is my honor and privilege to support people as they navigate difficult and complicated experiences. My therapeutic approach weaves empathy and introspection, upholding my belief in the resilient nature of people as we work together through hard times. The perinatal time span is tender and vulnerable but also an opportunity to develop strength and confidence. Therapy should be safe, supportive and nourishing and it is through a strengths-based, individualized practice that I hope to offer people a meaningful opportunity to explore their emotions and improve how they feel."
