Working Moms Group
Balancing the demands of motherhood, relationships, personal well-being, and work can often leave you feeling emotionally, physically, and mentally drained. A Working Moms Group offers ongoing support, a safe space to pause, and a judgment-free environment where you can share experiences and build meaningful connections with others who truly understand your journey. Through guided support and community, this group empowers working moms to reclaim their sense of balance, strengthen work–life harmony, boost confidence, and enhance their overall well-being.
According to Statistics, Yamashita (2022) states, “online group participation was correlated with feelings of empowerment among mothers. It also pointed out that a virtual community provided an additional source of advice and increased mothers’ sense of empowerment.
