Balancing the demands of motherhood, relationships, personal well-being, and work can often leave you feeling emotionally, physically, and mentally drained. A Working Moms Group offers ongoing support, a safe space to pause, and a judgment-free environment where you can share experiences and build meaningful connections with others who truly understand your journey. Through guided support and community, this group empowers working moms to reclaim their sense of balance, strengthen work–life harmony, boost confidence, and enhance their overall well-being.

According to Statistics, Yamashita (2022) states, “online group participation was correlated with feelings of empowerment among mothers. It also pointed out that a virtual community provided an additional source of advice and increased mothers’ sense of empowerment.

What can I expect from this group?

Participants will:

  • Develop collaborative group support to help strengthen interpersonal relationships and build a community.

  • Identify and redefine who they are outside of one’s interchangeable roles of motherhood and being an employee.

  • Decrease mom guilt and unrealistic expectations by increasing one’s self-esteem and decreasing negative self thoughts.

  • Learn how to create and develop skills to help manage work life balance by utilizing and practicing coping skills.

  • Integrate positive relationships, balance partnerships, and learn healthy co-parenting strategies.

  • Develop and sustain realistic self-care practices that can help increase one’s overall emotional, physical, and mental well being.
