This childbirth prep class will provide you with tools and tips to ease the worried mind. Gain confidence as you learn the basics of childbirth and techniques to prepare for labor. You will learn coping skills for managing anxiety and stress before, during and after labor and birth. Each registration includes the birthing person and 1 support person
