About the event
Clinicians are often challenged to develop effective treatment plans based on the presenting problem and case conceptualization of the whole person.
Learn how to use the genogram to develop a holistic treatment plan with clear goals and objectives.
Use the genogram to effectively build a therapeutic relationship with a clear trauma and attachment history and the impact of various life events.
With a firm therapeutic relationship and clear goals and objectives, clinicians can use various methodologies to effectively treat traumatic events and repair attachment ruptures.
In this presentation, participants will learn how to:
- Develop Case Conceptualization for simple and complex trauma
Use a Genogram to assist with:
- history taking
- development of a therapeutic relationship
- assessment and treatment planning
No prior EMDR training is required. EMDRIA Approved for 7 contact hours - 7 hours of Continuing Education (MSW, MHC and PSY)
PSI - Advanced training Approved!
