Course Objectives
Participants will:
- Learn about the connection between pregnancy, birth, delivery, postpartum, relationship, desire, and sexuality.
- Identify the impact of physiological changes and their connection to sexuality and desire prenatal and postpartum.
- Identify three tools to increase desire and sexuality.
- Learn about processing triggers related to desire, physical changes, and relationships from a trauma-Informed lens.
