About the event

Course Objectives

Participants will:

  • Learn about the connection between pregnancy, birth, delivery, postpartum, relationship, desire, and sexuality.
  • Identify the impact of physiological changes and their connection to sexuality and desire prenatal and postpartum.
  • Identify three tools to increase desire and sexuality.
  • Learn about processing triggers related to desire, physical changes, and relationships from a trauma-Informed lens.
