About the event

In the best of times, the reproductive cycle (conception, pregnancy and postpartum)

can be a fraught process, despite the fact that it has been occurring since the dawn of

humans. Reproductive interruptions (such as infertility, pregnancy loss and

perinatal mood disorders) become complications that are unseen until they are

experienced. Navigating these life cycle events during an ever-changing pandemic

has added insult to injury for many that are trying to build their families.

This training will help you:

  • Identify reproductive challenges that are unique to the circumstances of a pandemic.
  • Describe the additional hardships that a pandemic brings to those that are having difficulty with the expected reproductive cycle.
  • List ways for clinicians to help clients mourn the losses that a pandemic brings to aspects of reproduction.

This course includes 3 hours of continuing education for $75
