About the event

This training is offered in Hybrid (Live Virtual and In-person)  - You can choose to attend virtually or in-person.

Pregnancy, labor and delivery don’t always go as smoothly as planned. After this course, you will be able to: 

1. Describe the common course of pregnancy and birth, as well as common complications.

2. Have an understanding of procedures that may occur during pregnancy and birth and how they may lead to birth trauma.

3. Better understand their clients pregnancies, and be able to communicate with them more thoroughly.

4. Develop communication skills for communicating with other care providers for pregnant clients. 

This course includes 7 hours of continuing education for $200
