Creative Techniques with Internal Family Systems is a two-part course, Part one is a synchronous online experience where learners join live to master the core concepts and language of the IFS model—exploring Self leadership, protective parts, and exiles through guided discussions, mapping exercises, and meditation practices.

In part two, we come together for an intensive workshop where participants apply IFS principles to creative-arts therapies techniques—including visual art, music, poetry, embodiment, and drama—in real time. Creative exercises are facilitated by Dr. Wood, with many experiential opportunities.
