About the event

Learning objectives

1. List common psychosocial, relational, gender and sexual issues among couples who have experienced a pregnancy loss.

2. Summarize strategies to improve well-being among couples who have experienced recurrent pregnancy loss during any trimester.

3. Describe consultation, educational, assessment, and treatment considerations for couples from diverse communities coping with pregnancy loss.

4. Review interprofessional communication strategies with Ob, MFM and Reproductive Medicine providers to improve couples’ care experience after pregnancy loss.

This course includes 2 hours of continuing education for $60. 

***Licensed in another state as a Social worker/Mental health counselor/Psychologist?

Many states will accept NYS Approved Contact Hours if the workshop has an approved status. However, we also recommend checking your specific state rules and regulations.
