Learning Objectives:

• Participants will be able to verbalize an understanding of the concepts of Acceptance Commitment Therapy to their clients and other clinicians.
• Participants will have applicable trans-diagnostic ACT exercises and metaphors that they can apply to their own work with clients.
• Participants will feel empowered to make informed choices about how and when to apply ACT philosophies when compared with other therapeutic interventions.

This course includes 1.5 hours of continuing education for $45.
