I am a second-year MSW student at Stony Brook University, completing my clinical training at Helping Hands Psychotherapy under the supervision of Joan Salmon, LCSW. My approach is trauma-responsive, strengths-based, and intersectional. I offer psychotherapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity concerns, and perinatal mental health challenges and issues related to sexual health and well-being.

I am also an artist and the founder of Intuitive Voicing®, a creative practice that blends the arts and mindfulness to help people reconnect with their intuitive voice, disrupt self-doubt, and access creativity, joy, and a deeper sense of connection. This work is grounded in over two decades as a touring musician and mindfulness facilitator, with training through Brown University’s Mindfulness Center, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, New York Insight Meditation Center, BREATHE International, and Berklee College of Music. I am a certified Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) practitioner and a graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher training program.

I integrate mindfulness, relational awareness, and artistic expression into my practice, honoring each client’s dignity, resilience, and right to joy. While I bring particular focus to supporting women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people navigating systemic barriers, I welcome people of all genders and life experiences who want to explore self-discovery, strengthen compassion, and grow.
