This workshop will explore informed consent practices with different client populations, and especially in light of concerns for racial and social justice in the child welfare system.

This training will help you:

  • Apply a framework to guide the process of working with clients before making a report.
  • Identify mitigating risks

1) The Role of Mental & Behavioral Health Professionals as Mandated Reporters Identify
