What can I expect from this group?
Participants will :
Be introduced to the concept of ongoing traumatic stress: An experience that is so intense, and goes on for so long- that your ability to cope is overwhelmed
Explore the emotional, and psychological aspects of infertility.
Process feelings of grief associated with unmet expectations and dreams.
Feel empowered to make informed decisions and reduce the uncertainty that often accompanies fertility challenges.
Be guided through exercises and discussions that focus on increasing flexibility, adaptability, and developing resilience.
Incorporate mind-body techniques such as mindfulness, and relaxation exercises to help manage stress and promote emotional well-being.
Find a sense of community where you feel validated and accepted. Work together to support each other in the family building process.
