I received my Masters Degree in Social Work & Certificate in Jewish Communal Service from Yeshiva University School of Social Work.  I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have experience working in outpatient mental health clinics and nonprofits since 2009. Since 2011 I have been supporting families through pregnancy, labor, birth and early parenting as a Doula.   My work as a Doula has strengthened my passion for maternal mental health.   I am also a certified lactation consultant and understand the complexities of choosing to/not to breastfeed.

I love supporting people as they navigate difficult and complicated experiences. My therapeutic approach is empathetic and compassionate, upholding my belief in the resilient nature of people as we work together through hard times. The perinatal time span is tender and vulnerable but also an opportunity to develop strength and confidence. Therapy should be safe, supportive and nourishing and it is through a strengths-based, individualized practice that I hope to offer people a meaningful opportunity to explore their emotions and improve how they feel.
