Welcome!   We know that reaching out for help isn't always easy.  Whatever brought you to this page, we hope that you leave inspired with the feeling that there is help, there is hope and you are not alone.

We are a group of mental health providers who offer a variety of psychotherapy approaches to help you feel better and enjoy life.  We are a diverse group with different personalities, experiences, and approaches.  Look around our page and read through our therapist's bios.  When you call us, we will ask some questions to match you with the best fit for your personality and needs.

We have therapists who work with a wide variety of issues for children, adolescents and adults.  However, we are most well known for our Perinatal Mental Health Services.  Our perinatal team provides specialized treatment for individuals experiencing family building challenges like infertility, miscarriages, pregnancy related concerns, postpartum depression and anxiety, and birth trauma.  We work together to meet your needs, collaborate with your other providers, and provide support through this special time period.
