Helping Hands Psychotherapy

Jillian is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained her Master’s degree from Adelphi University in 2014. Jillian has  experience supporting the mental health of children, adolescents, adults  and families.  She has worked with many families, including those involved in the foster care system and those experiencing homelessness.  Jillian has provided individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient mental health programs and has worked on innovative teams to creatively provide intensive services to some of the most high risk individuals in New York City.  Her passion for supporting mental health is evident in the work that she does.  Jillian is passionate about supporting women and families during the perinatal and family building experiences, and strives to normalize the importance of focusing on one’s mental health.  Jillian is certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International.
