Strategies for Enhancing Culturally Responsive Care Within Therapy Services Offered to Individuals of Color
- 1. Describe why assessment of cultural factors (both strength and stresses) is an essential component of all therapeutic practice.
- 2. Effectively assess the impact of racism-related stress on a patientās daily lived experiences.
- 3. Flexibly adapt treatment plans to target any emotional pain, loss of agency and control, and adverse impacts on racial/ethnic identity caused by RRS.
